Former Bangladesh Cricket team Captain Mashrafe Bin Mortaza has tested positive for the novel coronavirus. He is also the present law-maker from Narail-2 constituency
Mashrafe has been suffering from fever for the last two days. He gave a sample for the coronavirus test on Friday night. The result of the test came positive today.
Previously, his mother in law, sister of his wife, and her two daughters were tested positive a few days ago and they were brought to Dhaka from Narail for better treatment.
Mashrafe has been working hard in his constituency to tackle the deadly coronavirus. He took many great initiatives for his localities. He was also doing social work and charity for the people of his constituency. He came in close contact of the healthcare personnel who were treating corona patients in Narail.
Family sources also confirmed that Mashrafe had a mild fever of 99 degrees in Saturday morning and had no other complications. He is on isolation at his Dhaka residence at Mirpur.
